Privacy Policy
How we securely manage, encrypt, and file your medical records, passport credentials, and local border permits.
Last Updated: May 24, 2026
1. Data Security Baselines
To organize premium expeditions across protected geopolitical border corridors (such as the Inner Line areas of Nubra, Pangong, and Zanskar), we require highly sensitive information from participants. We treat this data with the highest standards of physical and electronic security.
2. Passport & License Retention Protocols
For administrative military permit clearances, we collect copies of your Passport bio-data pages, Indian Visas, and International Driving Permits (IDPs). This information is:
- Submitted directly to District Magistrates and Border Permit offices via secure, official government filing portals.
- Never shared with third-party advertising companies or marketing channels.
- Permanently scrubbed from our offline databases 30 days after your tour has concluded.
3. Medical Profile Confidentiality
Because high-altitude safety represents our absolute priority, we record your physical health profiles, including blood groups, emergency medical history, drug allergies, and active medications. These files are strictly confidential. They are only disclosed to our lead expedition doctor and designated Wilderness First Responders (WFR) within the convoy to guarantee immediate trauma treatment in case of altitude emergencies.
4. GPS Convoy Tracking & Satellite Dispatches
For operations support, our backup 4x4 vehicles and lead guide motorcycles broadcast real-time location telemetry using dual Garmin inReach satellite devices. We do not track individual participant mobile phones or store historical passenger coordinates once the trip is terminated.
